Thank you for your interest in Tim. The repair is under warranty? How long does it take to repair? thank you
I do not know. You will need to contact Bill Lynch for details and provide your proof of purchase date.
Hello Tim, the repairer after examining the fit tells me that it is normal and you can do nothing. But my other friends who have the same room do not have the lateral blooming. You can not do anything?
The actual response was that I thought the blooming was due to over exposure and perhaps Piero might experiment with shorter exposures. We've had further communication and he is going to work with the camera some more before making the decision whether to send it in or not. Apparently the blooming isn't constant. -Bill
