When I launch PinPoint Astrometry I receive the error message "Could not load component", what does that mean?

Under Windows XP and Vista, you must install MaxIm DL from an account with Administrator privileges. You must also run it once as an Administrator. Otherwise, among other things, COM objects might not get registered, or even crash the program.
