When I attempt to connect MaxIm DL to TheSky, I get the error "TheSky was selected, but it does not appear to be installed" What do I do?

The most likely cause is the "server settings" in "TheSky" are incorrect. You can find more information on connecting "TheSky", "MaxIm", and the server settings at the following link:
If this does not correct the problem, then it is most likely a problem with "TheSky", and you will need to contact Bisque software for further assistance
