I would like to sell my MaxIm DL software, can I do this?

Yes, however there are a few things you will need to do. If you sell your MaxIm DL license, please do the following:

1.) Write to us stating that you are transferring the license to someone else, and that you have deleted all copies of the software and transferred all disks and manuals to the new owner.

Once we have received this, we will record the new owner as the current registered owner of that particular license. However, if you wish to have the license reissued under the new owners name, you will have to pay a re-registration fee of $100. A new license with the new owners name, but with the SAME Expiry Date as the original license will be sent to the new owner. If you would like a new expiry date, then you will have to purchase a one-year or two-year subscription at the current posted subscription prices, in addition to the re-registration fee.

2.) You will also need to inform the new owner that that they will need to send us a copy of their bill of sale.

If you wish to upgrade to Version 4, you will then have to pay a re-registration fee of $100, and pay the applicable upgrade price for your version.
