What payment methods are accepted?

We offer the following payment options:

1.) By credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) - a credit card surcharge of 3.5% applies.

2.) By international money order, or certified check payable to: Diffraction Ltd., and drawn on a Canadian or US bank.

3.) By electronic funds transfer (EFT) - a handling fee will be applied to each transaction depending upon the buyers location.

When sending funds electronically (EFT), please email us the date you transferred the funds, the amount of funds sent, and the Pro-forma invoice number or Quotation number, so that we may match your wire transfer to your account more easily.

If possible, please email a PDF, or an image of your wire transfer
receipt. If you prefer, you can fax it to us at 613-225-9688.
