Subscription renewal policy changes

Users of Version 3 and older should be aware of a change in our upgrade policy.

Version 4 users: You will get Version 5 at no cost if you have an upgrade
expiry date of November 1, 2007 or later. If your expiry date is prior to that,
then all you need to do is purchase an upgrade subscription.

Version 1, 2, and 3 users: You will receive a flat discount of $50 off the
purchase of a Version 5 product.

As you can see, we are allowing a generous grace period for V4 users. If your
expiry date is on or after November 1, 2007, but prior to the actual release
date of Version 5, you will get V5.00 plus any initial minor updates we deem
necessary to ensure you have stable, reliable software. Once we start releasing
product improvements (new cameras and feature additions) we will again require a
current subscription.
