Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or cancellations once your permanent license has been issued. A fully functional 30-day trial version is available for evaluation prior to purchase.

Quick Fringe: Returns on unopened software must be pre-authorized by Diffraction Limited, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on opened software.

Cloud Sensor: The Boltwood Cloud Sensor is warrantied against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. Returns of defective merchandise must be pre-authorized by Diffraction Limited. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Delivery Terms

Licenses for for electronic downloads will be issued within 1 business day after receipt of your order.

Orders requiring shipment will be fulfilled within 2 business days after receipt of your order.
