Shipping Times

For most of our products, shipment is via Federal Express Economy service. For CD-ROM only orders, shipment is by Air Mail via Canada Post.

Shipments in Canada and to the USA, are sent via 2-day FedEx. Please allow 2 business days. A package shipped on a Friday, should arrive the following Tuesday. More remote areas can take 2 to 4 business days to arrive.

For Alaska, and Hawaii, please allow 3-5 business days.

If there are customs or weather delays, then delivery times will be longer.

For the rest of the world, we ship via FedEx International Economy. Delivery times are between 4 to 10 business days.

Shipments to Western Europe, Hong Kong and Japan typically take 4 to 6 business days.

To Australia, New Zealand, continental Africa, the Middle East, and eastern European and Nordic countries, and South American countries, a shipment can take 5-10 business days just in transit, and then it still has to clear customs.

Shipments to Russia and China often experience customs delays.

Again, please allow additional time, if there are customs or weather delays.

CD-ROM only orders are mailed (air mail). Delivery depends on the local service times quoted by a country's postal system. This can be 8-10 business days for addresses in the continental USA. International air mail can take 10-15 business days.
