I have a Gemini telescope controller, and when I click the Nudge button in MaxIm DL and the telescope goes in the wrong direction

There is a known issue with the default configuration of the Gemini which causes problems like the one you are experiencing. You could try to turn off the J2000 option in the mount controller, AND in the driver.

If that does not help, certain revisions of the Gemini firmware are known to have issues with mounts, no matter which one you have, so please make sure that your drivers, and firmware are up-to-date. If this does not correct the issue, then your next step would be to contact the manufacturer of your mount for further assistance.
